Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and recognition
- Manage all operational aspects of a high-volume restaurant from the front counter to the grill
- Meet and exceed food, labor, and paper cost standards through effective planning
- Ensure every customer experience is fast, friendly, and high-quality
- Work side-by-side with team members to deliver excellent service
- Oversee daily performance metrics and implement improvements
- Handle customer interactions and resolve issues promptly
