Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and recognition
  • Manage all operational aspects of a high-volume restaurant from the front counter to the grill
  • Meet and exceed food, labor, and paper cost standards through effective planning
  • Ensure every customer experience is fast, friendly, and high-quality
  • Work side-by-side with team members to deliver excellent service
  • Oversee daily performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Handle customer interactions and resolve issues promptly
