Cook Out is currently seeking high-energy, hardworking leaders to join their management team as Hourly Managers. The Hourly Manager role at Cook Out is hands-on, meaning leaders work alongside their team members to ensure every customer interaction is positive and memorable. This position plays a crucial part in managing the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant, from frontline customer service to kitchen oversight.

As a Cook Out Hourly Manager, you will be responsible for coaching, training, and recognizing your team members to build a world-class team. Managing all facets of restaurant operations including food preparation, labor management, and inventory control will also be key aspects of the role. You will ensure the restaurant meets and exceeds standards in food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency while maintaining cost controls over food, labor, and paper expenses.

Beyond operational responsibilities, this role emphasizes leadership and team development. You will be creating a positive work culture by engaging with employees, providing ongoing training, and motivating your team to perform at their best. Effective communication skills are vital, as you will lead a diverse team and interact directly with customers to maintain a friendly, fast, and high-quality service experience.
