Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Ability to lead a large team and interact effectively with customers
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Coach, train, and recognize talent to build a world-class team
- Manage all aspects of a high-volume restaurant from front counter to grill
- Meet and exceed standards for food, labor, and paper costs through smart planning
- Ensure every customer visit is fast, friendly, and high-quality
- Lead by example, working hands-on with the team during shifts
- Maintain operational standards and compliance
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
