Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of management experience
  • Ability to lead a large team and interact effectively with customers
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Coach, train, and recognize talent to build a world-class team
  • Manage all aspects of a high-volume restaurant from front counter to grill
  • Meet and exceed standards for food, labor, and paper costs through smart planning
  • Ensure every customer visit is fast, friendly, and high-quality
  • Lead by example, working hands-on with the team during shifts
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
