Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching and recognition
- Manage all aspects of a high-volume restaurant including front counter and grill operations
- Meet and exceed food, labor, and paper cost standards through effective planning
- Ensure fast, friendly, and high-quality customer service during every visit
- Work alongside team members as a hands-on leader fostering teamwork and productivity
- Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining talented employees
