Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of management experience
- ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and recognition
- manage all aspects of restaurant operations including front counter and grill
- meet and exceed standards for food quality, labor, and cost control
- ensure fast, friendly, and high-quality customer service
- support a positive and productive work environment
- oversee scheduling and staffing to maintain work-life balance
- implement performance plans to boost team efficiency
