Job Description

Cook Out is one of the fastest-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) companies in the foodservice industry, known for its dedication to quality and a unique menu that satisfies cravings from burgers and shakes to fresh grilled items. Established with a focus on speed, quality, and a customer-first approach, Cook Out has rapidly expanded due to its commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. The brand prides itself not only on great food but also on building rewarding careers for individuals eager to grow and thrive in a competitive marketplace. With a strong emphasis on teamwork, high standards, and a fun work environment, Cook Out has built a reputation as an employer of choice in the fast-food sector.

This management role at Cook Out is an exciting opportunity for those who are motivated by fast-paced work environments and aspire to be leaders who can make a tangible impact on a restaurant’s success. As an Hourly Manager, you are not just overseeing operations from the sidelines but are fully engaged as a hands-on leader, working alongside your team to ensure every customer experiences excellent service and food quality. The role demands a high level of energy, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a passion for coaching others. In return, Cook Out offers a performance-based culture where your career trajectory depends on your efforts, accomplishments, and leadership qualities.

The position offers competitive pay based on experience, alongside performance bonuses that reward dedication and success. Cook Out also values a healthy work-life balance by offering flexible scheduling options, including four to five-day work weeks, which is ideal for individuals seeking meaningful yet manageable work hours. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance become available after just 90 days, reflecting the company’s commitment to the well-being of its employees. Financial security is supported through a 401(k) plan with up to 4% company matching, further enhancing the long-term value of working with Cook Out.

Alongside tangible benefits, employees receive paid vacation time and guaranteed holidays on Thanksgiving and Christmas, ensuring time off to rest and recharge. As an added perk, free food is provided during working hours, a small but appreciated benefit that adds to the positive work culture. Whether you are already experienced in restaurant management or are looking for a chance to begin your leadership journey in a dynamic and rewarding environment, Cook Out invites hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join its growing family. This role is ideal for those who enjoy mentoring others, excelling under pressure, and contributing to both operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a fast-service context.
