Job Duties

  • Lead and develop staff by coaching, training, and recognizing talent to build a world-class team
  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front counter and grill
  • Meet and exceed standards for food, labor, and paper costs through smart planning
  • Ensure every customer visit is fast, friendly, and of high quality
  • Work hands-on alongside the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee and maintain compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and teamwork
