Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and recognition
- Manage all operational aspects of a high-volume restaurant including front counter and grill stations
- Meet and exceed standards for food quality, labor, and paper costs through effective planning
- Ensure every customer visit is fast, friendly, and high-quality
- Work hands-on alongside team members to deliver a superior customer experience
- Oversee daily restaurant performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
