Job Requirements

  • At least one year of management experience
  • Ability to lead a large team and communicate effectively with customers
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure
  • Proven leadership with coaching and training experience
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and recognition
  • Manage all operational aspects of a high-volume restaurant including front counter and grill stations
  • Meet and exceed standards for food quality, labor, and paper costs through effective planning
  • Ensure every customer visit is fast, friendly, and high-quality
  • Work hands-on alongside team members to deliver a superior customer experience
  • Oversee daily restaurant performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
