With a strong foundation rooted in performance-based growth, this company offers a dynamic and energetic work environment where employees are encouraged to build lasting careers rather than just jobs. Known for its unique menu, quality ingredients, and fast, friendly service, Cook Out is expanding rapidly and seeking dedicated leaders to join its management team to support its growth and uphold its high standards of customer satisfaction.
As a Cook Out Hourly Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations of a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. This hands-on leadership position involves not only supervising but also actively engaging with your team to deliver an amazing experience to every customer. You will have the opportunity to develop your management skills by leading, coaching, and recognizing talent within your team, helping build a world-class crew that upholds the company’s commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include managing everything from the front counter to the grill, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This role demands a high level of energy, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Cook Out values performance-driven individuals who are passionate about leadership and are committed to meeting and exceeding standards related to food quality, labor, and cost controls. The company supports its employees with competitive pay based on experience, performance bonuses, flexible scheduling with 4 to 5-day workweeks, and comprehensive benefits available after 90 days of employment. These benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with a 401(k) plan offering up to 4% matching. Additionally, employees enjoy paid vacation, holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas off, and free food while working.
At Cook Out, your career trajectory is determined by your hard work and dedication. The organization fosters a culture of fun, growth, and reward, making it an ideal workplace for individuals eager to take on leadership challenges and grow within the company. Whether you have previous restaurant management experience or are ready to start your career, Cook Out provides the tools, training, and opportunities necessary to help you succeed and thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Joining Cook Out means becoming part of a forward-thinking company that values its people and is committed to fostering success at every level.
