Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of management experience
  • ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of management experience
  • experience in restaurant management is a major plus
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • proven track record of coaching and developing employees
  • basic understanding of restaurant operations and cost control

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and recognition
  • manage all aspects of restaurant operations including front counter and kitchen
  • meet and exceed standards for food quality, labor, and expense costs through effective planning
  • ensure fast, friendly, and high-quality customer service
  • multitask efficiently under pressure to maintain smooth workflow
  • maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • assist in recruiting and onboarding new staff
