Job Duties
- Lead and develop coaching training and recognizing talent to build a world-class team
- manage all aspects of a high-volume restaurant from the front counter to the grill
- meet and exceed standards for food labor and paper costs through smart planning
- ensure every visit is fast friendly and high-quality
- work side-by-side with the team delivering an amazing customer experience
- maintain operational excellence and safety standards
- monitor and manage inventory and supplies
