You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding operational targets related to food quality, labor management, and cost control.

Working at Cook Out means you benefit from a competitive pay structure based on experience, access to performance-based bonuses, and a work schedule that respects your personal time with 4 to 5 day work weeks and flexible scheduling options. Moreover, you will enjoy access to a full suite of benefits after 90 days, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Financial security is supported through a 401(k) plan with a company match of up to 4%. Paid vacation and designated holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas Day are part of the package, alongside the unmatched perk of free food during your shifts.

At the core of Cook Out’s success is its commitment to developing leaders who can perform under pressure, maintain superior standards, and foster an engaging customer experience that turns visitors into loyal patrons. If you bring the drive, leadership capabilities, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced setting, joining Cook Out as an Hourly Manager could be your next career milestone.
