Job Requirements
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year management experience preferably in restaurant settings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Experience in restaurant management is a major plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead large teams
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership with experience in coaching and training employees

Job Duties
- Lead and develop the team by coaching, training, and recognizing talent
- Manage all operational aspects of a high-volume restaurant including front counter and grill
- Meet and exceed standards for food, labor, and paper costs through effective planning
- Ensure every customer visit is fast, friendly, and of high quality
- Work hands-on alongside the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Oversee scheduling and maintain work-life balance for the team
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
