Cook Out is one of the fastest-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) companies in the industry, recognized for its rapid expansion and commitment to building lasting careers rather than just offering jobs. Established as a performance-driven company, Cook Out prides itself on fostering an empowering environment where hard work is rewarded and career advancement is entirely based on individual merit and contributions. The company has set itself apart in the QSR space by blending a fast-paced yet supportive workplace where employees can grow their skills and take on leadership roles. This makes Cook Out an excellent choice for motivated individuals who want their efforts to translate directly into career growth and financial rewards.
At Cook Out, the culture is driven by passion, teamwork, and a strong emphasis on performance excellence. Employees enjoy a vibrant, challenging workplace where they are encouraged to bring their best every day. In addition to offering competitive compensation packages, Cook Out ensures that employees receive comprehensive healthcare benefits and valuable work-life balance options. The company’s approach to management roles is hands-on, meaning that leaders in the organization work side-by-side with their teams, nurturing skill development and promoting an exceptional customer experience.
This role is designed for high-energy, hardworking leaders excited to take on the challenge of managing a fast-paced restaurant environment. As an Hourly Manager at Cook Out, you will be responsible for motivating and managing a team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality service to customers. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant—from front-of-house to kitchen operations—run smoothly and efficiently. The position provides opportunities to coach, train, and develop team members, creating a positive and productive workplace culture.
The role offers competitive pay commensurate with experience and eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Cook Out also emphasizes balance by providing flexible scheduling with 4-5 day work weeks, enabling leaders to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, become available after 90 days of employment, underscoring the company’s investment in employee well-being. Additionally, financial security is supported through a 401(k) plan with up to 4% company matching, and generous paid time off including paid vacation and holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.
If you are a motivated leader with at least one year of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry, and you thrive when working in a fast-paced environment, Cook Out offers an energetic, supportive platform for advancing your career. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to join a family dedicated to performance, growth, and excellence in all they do.
