Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Ability to lead a large team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership in coaching and training
- Flexibility to work 4-5 day weeks with varied shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Oversee daily restaurant performance and maintain high operational standards
