Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of management experience
  • Experience in a restaurant setting is a major plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead a large team effectively
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proven leadership in coaching and training employees
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop a team of employees through coaching, training, and recognition
  • Manage all aspects of a high-volume restaurant including front counter operations and kitchen grill
  • Oversee food quality, labor, and paper costs to meet or exceed company standards
  • Ensure fast, friendly, and high-quality customer service at every visit
  • Maintain a positive work environment by working alongside team members
  • Implement smart planning strategies to optimize operational performance
  • Address and resolve customer issues to uphold the brand reputation
