Job Description

Cook Out is one of the fastest-growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) companies in the business, known for its commitment to quality food and exceptional customer service. Founded with a passion for delivering delicious meals in a fast-paced and friendly environment, Cook Out has rapidly expanded across multiple locations, setting new records for growth and operational excellence. The company prides itself on fostering a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere where employees can thrive, develop their skills, and build rewarding careers. Cook Out is more than just a place to work; it’s a family that values hard work, integrity, and performance-based success.

At Cook Out, the culture revolves around high energy, teamwork, and a dedication to providing customers with a memorable dining experience. The company actively supports its staff through competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement. With a strong focus on leadership development and operational expertise, Cook Out offers a dynamic workplace where ambitious individuals can take charge and shape their professional trajectory.

This role is for an Hourly Manager who will act as a hands-on leader within the restaurant. Unlike traditional management roles that may be more observational, this position requires working side-by-side with team members to ensure every customer interaction is exceptional. This role is critical in upholding the company’s high standards for speed, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Hourly Manager will drive performance by coaching and developing team members, managing daily restaurant operations, and implementing strategies to maintain excellent standards for food preparation and service.

The position offers competitive pay based on experience, bonus potential for outstanding performance, and a supportive work environment that emphasizes work-life balance with flexible scheduling and 4-5 day work weeks. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days, a 401k retirement plan with up to 4% company matching, paid vacation time, and holidays off including Thanksgiving and Christmas. Employees also enjoy free food while working, adding a unique perk to the daily grind.

Cook Out values leaders who are energetic, adaptable, and ready to thrive under pressure. Ideal candidates have at least one year of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry, and possess strong communication skills to lead large teams effectively. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with a proven record of coaching and developing successful employees. This role is perfect for those who want to jumpstart their career with a company that rewards dedication and excellence.

Joining Cook Out means being part of a company that supports your growth and encourages you to unleash your full potential. If you’re driven, passionate about leadership, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing QSR brand, your next great opportunity awaits here.
