Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members through coaching and training
- manage all aspects of restaurant operations including front counter and kitchen
- ensure high standards for food quality, labor, and costs
- provide fast, friendly, and high-quality customer service
- oversee performance metrics and implement smart planning
- maintain compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- assist in hiring and onboarding new staff
