Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Must be able to work collaboratively with a diverse team
Job Qualifications

- Experience in restaurant management is a major plus
- Strong communication skills to lead large teams and interact with customers

Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members by coaching, training, and recognizing talent
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including front counter and kitchen
- Meet and exceed standards for food, labor, and paper costs through efficient planning
- Ensure each customer experiences fast, friendly, and high-quality service
- Work side-by-side with the team to maintain a productive and positive work environment
- Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
