Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Coach, train, and recognize talent to build a world-class team
  • Manage all aspects of a high-volume restaurant from the front counter to the grill
  • Meet and exceed standards for food, labor, and paper costs through smart planning
  • Ensure every customer visit is fast, friendly, and high-quality
  • Lead by example through hands-on participation with the team
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain smooth workflow
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards
