Job Duties
- Lead and develop: coach, train, and recognize talent to build a world-class team
- Manage all aspects of a high-volume restaurant, from the front counter to the grill
- Meet and exceed standards for food, labor, and paper costs through smart planning
- Ensure every visit is fast, friendly, and high-quality
- Work side-by-side with the team to deliver an amazing customer experience
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
