Job Requirements

  • At least high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year management experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Proven leadership and coaching experience
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining food quality and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of management experience
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching employees
  • Excellent communication abilities to lead a large team and interact with customers
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Previous restaurant management experience is a major plus
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed operational performance goals
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on leadership role

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and recognition
  • Manage all aspects of a high-volume restaurant operation from front counter to grill
  • Meet and exceed standards for food quality, labor efficiency, and paper costs through smart planning
  • Ensure every customer visit is fast, friendly, and high-quality
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Handle employee scheduling and labor management to optimize performance
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
