Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Proven leadership and coaching experience
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

- Commitment to maintaining food quality and safety standards

- Previous restaurant management experience is a major plus

Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and recognition
- Manage all aspects of a high-volume restaurant operation from front counter to grill
- Meet and exceed standards for food quality, labor efficiency, and paper costs through smart planning
- Ensure every customer visit is fast, friendly, and high-quality
- Oversee daily operations to maintain smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Handle employee scheduling and labor management to optimize performance
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
