We are currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly Restaurant Hosts to join the Eliza Restaurant team on a full-time basis, with an hourly pay range of $12 to $14. This role is vital to maintaining the high standards of guest service and hospitality that the restaurant is known for. As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first point of contact for arriving guests, and your role will be crucial in creating a warm, efficient, and friendly atmosphere from the moment guests enter the restaurant. You will be responsible for greeting guests with a smile, managing reservations and waitlists through the OpenTable platform, and seating guests in a timely manner. In addition to managing guest flow and seating arrangements, you will also assist with answering phone calls, taking reservations, handling takeout orders, and ensuring guests are informed about menu options. Your role will require excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work harmoniously with restaurant staff to foster a supportive team environment. This position demands someone who can thrive in a fast-paced setting, maintain composure, and consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
