Job Requirements
- Must be personable, outgoing and demonstrate initiative
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders including employees and the general public
- Ability to speak and write clearly, concisely and persuasively using correct grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy and organization
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to perform with considerable independence and initiative
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage timely and efficient seating of guests
- Assign patrons to tables according to their needs and rotation
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide menus
- Answer phones to take reservations and respond to inquiries
- Maintain a clean and safe facility in compliance with health codes
- Assist restaurant staff as needed
- Keep supervisors informed of significant issues
- Respond to hazardous or unsafe conditions promptly
- Perform related duties as assigned
