Job Requirements

  • Restaurant of experience is required
  • proven management experience within the food industry particularly in quick service and fast food or casual dining environments
  • extensive background in food service management including supervising teams budgeting and inventory control
  • hands-on experience with POS systems such as CLOVER
  • familiarity with cash handling procedures
  • demonstrated leadership skills with a history of staff training and development and team management
  • strong understanding of food safety standards kitchen management and hospitality principles

  • hands-on experience with POS systems such as CLOVER

  • previous roles may include assistant manager experience or supervisory positions in restaurants

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including food preparation service flow and customer interactions
  • supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain quality food production and exceptional customer service
  • utilize POS systems such as CLOVER POS for order processing cash handling and sales reporting
  • ensure adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all departments
  • implement management policies related to hospitality management food handling and kitchen management
  • address customer concerns promptly to uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellent service
