The Hostess will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant functions which include coordinating food preparation, managing service flow, and maintaining positive customer interactions. In addition, the Hostess will supervise both kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure consistent quality and service excellence.

Key responsibilities include the use of modern POS systems such as CLOVER POS for efficient order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. The Hostess must ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain a safe dining environment for staff and customers alike. Strong leadership skills are essential to implement management policies that cover hospitality management, food handling, and kitchen organization. Addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively will be vital to uphold the restaurant's reputation for outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will have proven management experience in the food industry, especially within quick service, fast food, or casual dining environments. Experience with staff training and development, budgeting, inventory control, and operational oversight are important qualifications. Prior experience with POS technology including hands-on operation of CLOVER systems ensures efficient management of sales and cash handling processes. Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of food safety standards and kitchen management principles are necessary to maintain high standards throughout the restaurant.

This full-time, in-person position offers compensation starting from $16.00 per hour.
