Job Requirements
- Restaurant of experience is required
- proven management experience within the food industry particularly in quick service and fast food or casual dining environments
- extensive background in food service management including supervising teams budgeting and inventory control
- hands-on experience with POS systems such as CLOVER
- familiarity with cash handling procedures
- demonstrated leadership skills with a history of staff training and development and team management
- strong understanding of food safety standards kitchen management and hospitality principles

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including food preparation service flow and customer interactions
- supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain quality food production and exceptional customer service
- utilize POS systems such as CLOVER POS for order processing cash handling and sales reporting
- ensure adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all departments
- implement management policies related to hospitality management food handling and kitchen management
- address customer concerns promptly to uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellent service
