We are currently seeking Hosts and Hostesses to join our team in either full-time or part-time positions. The pay range for this role is from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience. This position is vital to the overall guest experience as the Host or Hostess is the first point of contact for arriving guests and the last contact before they leave, making a lasting impression that can influence customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, Hosts and Hostesses maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety by regularly sanitizing key front-of-house areas such as the entrance, host stand, and lobby. They must become familiar with the seating layout and policies to efficiently manage guest seating and facilitate timely food delivery. The position also includes responsibilities such as setting tables according to P.F. Chang's standards and promptly clearing tables to maintain an inviting dining area. Team members in this role assist with curbside service and takeout processes when needed and complete side work to ensure seamless operations throughout their shifts.
