Job Duties

  • ensure cleanliness and organization of the hostess area throughout your shift
  • communicate with the manager on duty regarding any guest concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • answer phone calls pleasantly and take accurate reservations
  • greet arriving guests, take their names, and manage seating while directing guests to proper waiting areas
  • assist fellow team members to enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring that waiting times are accurately communicated and managed
  • uphold all operational guidelines and standards while fostering a positive environment that encourages teamwork and communication
  • obtain staffing assignments and accurately complete all pre-shift duties in a timely manner
  • assist in planning and assigning reservations with the manager on duty
