Job Duties
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the hostess area throughout your shift
- communicate with the manager on duty regarding any guest concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels
- answer phone calls pleasantly and take accurate reservations
- greet arriving guests, take their names, and manage seating while directing guests to proper waiting areas
- assist fellow team members to enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring that waiting times are accurately communicated and managed
- uphold all operational guidelines and standards while fostering a positive environment that encourages teamwork and communication
- obtain staffing assignments and accurately complete all pre-shift duties in a timely manner
- assist in planning and assigning reservations with the manager on duty
