Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a host or hostess in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous host or hostess experience in a busy restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS highly desirable
- Experience in hospitality or guest services roles including hotel experience or serving is a plus
