Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience as a host or hostess in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous host or hostess experience in a busy restaurant or food service environment preferred
  • Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS highly desirable
  • Experience in hospitality or guest services roles including hotel experience or serving is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations principles to deliver outstanding hospitality
  • Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills to connect with diverse guests and team members
