Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude
- Manage the flow of guests by taking reservations, assigning tables, and ensuring efficient seating
- Provide accurate wait times to guests and keep them informed about their table status
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand and waiting area
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and fair seating processes
- Escort guests to their assigned tables, present menus, and assist with seating arrangements, accommodating special requests when possible
- Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to any inquiries or concerns
