Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant or customer service preferred
- availability for evening and weekend shifts
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- strong communication skills

- previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet every guest with confidence, warmth, and genuine hospitality
- manage waitlists, reservations, and seating flow to keep service running smoothly
- communicate accurate wait times and keep guests informed
- coordinate closely with servers and management on table turns and pacing
- answer the phone and assist guests with questions, directions, and general inquiries
- support the team and assist where needed
- monitor the dining room and anticipate guest needs before they ask
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front entrance and host stand
- uphold all service standards, policies, and alcohol awareness guidelines
