Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant or customer service preferred
  • availability for evening and weekend shifts
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • strong communication skills

  • Hospitality-minded with a natural ability to connect with people
  • strong communication and multitasking skills
  • ability to stay calm and organized during high-volume service
  • team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
  • availability for evenings and weekends
  • ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest with confidence, warmth, and genuine hospitality
  • manage waitlists, reservations, and seating flow to keep service running smoothly
  • communicate accurate wait times and keep guests informed
  • coordinate closely with servers and management on table turns and pacing
  • answer the phone and assist guests with questions, directions, and general inquiries
  • support the team and assist where needed
  • monitor the dining room and anticipate guest needs before they ask
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front entrance and host stand
  • uphold all service standards, policies, and alcohol awareness guidelines
