Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a host in a fast-casual restaurant
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food safety certifications meeting state requirements
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
  • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests as they arrive
  • Manage guest seating and waitlists efficiently
  • Coordinate with wait staff and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
  • Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant
  • Promote a welcoming and positive environment for both guests and team members
