Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a host in a fast-casual restaurant

- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests as they arrive
- Manage guest seating and waitlists efficiently
- Coordinate with wait staff and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant
