The role of Host at this restaurant is crucial as the first point of contact and the face of the restaurant. As a courteous and highly attentive professional, the Host will be responsible for welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and escorting them thoughtfully to their tables. The role involves managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently while considering party size and guest preferences to ensure an optimal dining experience. The Host will handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly maintaining professionalism to resolve any issues to the guest's satisfaction. Additionally, the Host is tasked with monitoring the dining room atmosphere to address any potential disruptions such as noise or temperature issues that could detract from the customer experience. The Host will work closely and collaboratively with the entire front-of-house team, including the assistant staff, to uphold an exceptional standard of service and contribute positively to the working environment. This includes guiding and directing support staff, delegating tasks like table setting, and ensuring that all service protocols, cleanliness, and professionalism standards are strictly followed.

The Host maintains ongoing communication with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure a seamless dining experience and that customers' needs and concerns are effectively addressed.
