The core responsibility of this role centers around being a Guest Service Expert, a vital contributor to the seamless and exemplary service The Ritz-Carlton is known for. The Guest Service Expert takes the initiative to coordinate various tasks that collectively enhance the guest's dining experience. This includes setting tables, assisting in kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and restocking supplies. Flexibility and commitment to safety practices are fundamental, as the job involves standing, walking, moving on inclined and sometimes slippery surfaces, and performing various physical activities such as lifting, pushing, reaching, bending, and twisting.
