Collaboration with fellow team members and other departments fosters a positive working environment, which is key to Hilton’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

This role demands excellent interpersonal skills to effectively handle customer complaints by listening intently, demonstrating empathy, and offering positive, proactive solutions. Practical skills include understanding restaurant operations, appropriate staffing levels, service equipment, guest relations, and the ability to navigate through a crowded room efficiently. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required to comprehend reservations, memos, promotional materials, and to communicate effectively within the team.

The ideal candidate will embody Hilton’s core values and demonstrate qualities such as quality, productivity, dependability, customer focus, and adaptability.
