Job Requirements
- Loud, fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint
- ability to stand for 8 hours

- must be able to handle a heavy business volume in a timely manner
- must be neat and clean in appearance and physically fit

- ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear
- manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders

- ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum one year hostess experience at a fine dining restaurant preferred
- ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job
- consistently displays extraordinary service with an upbeat and positive attitude
- some knowledge of food service
- previous experience in a high-volume, fine dining establishment preferred
Job Duties
- Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude
