Job Duties
- Be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel
- Offer guests an enjoyable experience that conforms to the companys standards of excellence, professionalism and friendliness
- Provide guests with menus
- Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas
- Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs
- Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
