The restaurant host role at Bin 47 within The SOMM Hotel and Spa is a full-time position offering an hourly pay rate of $17.32 along with eligibility for tip pooling and a host of other benefits including paid time off, holiday pay, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401K plans with employer contributions, and additional perks such as discounted lodging, dining, spa services, golf, retail, and numerous work-life balance initiatives. This role is crucial in shaping guests' first impressions by greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and wait lists, maintaining the flow of service, and supporting team efforts in menu organization and maintenance. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior food service experience preferred
  • Necessary state food handler's license(s)
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills
