As a Restaurant Host at Hilton, you play a crucial role in shaping the first and lasting impressions guests have of the hotel’s dining outlets. Your responsibilities extend beyond greeting and seating guests; you embody Hilton’s core values by delivering warm and memorable hospitality in every interaction. On any given day, you will warmly welcome guests as they arrive, quickly ascertain their needs, and ensure their experience flows seamlessly by managing seating charts and monitoring the dining room's activity. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties
- Deliver unforgettable first impressions by greeting guests warmly and ascertaining their needs quickly and effectively
- Maintain a smooth flow by seating guests, managing the seating chart, and monitoring dining activity to ensure a seamless experience
- Deliver standout service by responding promptly and knowledgeably to guest inquiries and special requests
- Support general operations by performing opening and closing tasks and assisting with service prep such as stocking and folding silverware
- Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate guest feedback to management to enhance the dining experience
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate guest service
- Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards of the host station and entrance areas
