We are currently seeking a Host / To-Go Specialist to be the welcoming face and friendly voice of our restaurant. This role is crucial as it involves being the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience from the moment they arrive to when they pick up their orders. The Host / To-Go Specialist will manage both seating arrangements and takeout order processing, blending hospitality with organizational skills and customer service expertise.

The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking in a fast-paced setting and possess excellent communication skills to interact comfortably with guests, kitchen staff, and management. Key responsibilities include warmly welcoming and seating guests, managing waitlists and reservations, handling phone calls, preparing and packaging takeout orders promptly and accurately, and maintaining an organized and clean host station. This position offers flexible scheduling suitable for full-time or part-time employment, with consistent weekly hours and the potential for growth within the organization into server or leadership roles.
