Tommy Bahama Miramonte is currently seeking a Host to join their restaurant team. The Host position plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless dining experience. The ideal candidate will embody an energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor, acting as a concierge for the restaurant guests. This role involves greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, coordinating with restaurant staff, and maintaining the appearance and organization of the host station. With an hourly wage of $18.50, this opportunity offers a dynamic work environment where exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction are top priorities. The position requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a pleasant and courteous attitude. Job Duties

  • greet and seat restaurant guests warmly and professionally
  • manage restaurant reservations via OpenTable and phone
  • respond courteously to guest and staff inquiries and issues
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • assist servers with silverware preparation
  • follow lost and found procedures strictly
  • provide menu advice and suggestions to guests
  • keep current on resort activities and special events
  • take to-go food orders for walk-up and call-in customers
  • offer warm and sincere welcomes and farewells using guest names and good eye contact
