This establishment embodies a rich tradition of authentic storytelling woven into the fabric of its luxury hotels and award-winning restaurants. Heritage Hotels & Resorts takes pride in offering exceptional service that not only meets but exceeds guest expectations, creating memorable experiences rooted in community pride. The organization's commitment extends beyond its guests to include caring for its team members and the neighborhoods it serves with genuine intention and respect.

The Heritage Hotels & Resorts group is distinguished by its unique blend of luxury hospitality and cultural authenticity, making it a sought-after destination for travelers and locals alike. Its portfolio includes a range of premium hotels and top-tier restaurants that highlight the best of New Mexico's heritage and culinary excellence. The group emphasizes a holistic approach to hospitality, where every guest interaction is thoughtfully crafted to showcase the locale's history and character while providing unmatched comfort and service quality.

Within this esteemed hospitality group, the Restaurant Host role is a critical position that serves as the gateway to an exceptional dining experience. This full-time role offers competitive pay complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, which reflects the company’s dedication to employee well-being and satisfaction. As the first point of contact for guests, the Restaurant Host is entrusted with creating a welcoming and organized environment from the moment guests arrive. This role is vital in managing the seating flow efficiently to support smooth restaurant operations and ensuring that each guest feels valued and attended to.

The Restaurant Host will play an instrumental role in orchestrating the dining room dynamics by assigning tables thoughtfully to maintain server rotation and optimize service efficiency. Communication is key in this position, as the host must relay guest needs and table statuses clearly to the service staff, enabling seamless coordination and responsiveness throughout peak service times. Beyond operational duties, the host embodies hospitality excellence by providing friendly, professional, and attentive interactions that enhance the overall guest experience.

Working at Heritage Hotels & Resorts means joining a team that values not only competitive compensation but also comprehensive benefits including a 25% 401(k) match, generous employee discounts across the hotels, restaurants, spas, and retail outlets, complimentary meals during scheduled shifts, and free employee parking. The company fosters a supportive team culture that encourages growth and advancement, grounded firmly in New Mexico pride and community values. This environment offers an ideal setting for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and growing their careers within a top-tier resort and hotel group.
