Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • High-volume and/or fine dining experience preferred
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and manage seating flow throughout service
  • Assign tables to support server rotation and service efficiency
  • Communicate guest needs and table status with service staff
  • Support dining operations during peak service periods
  • Provide friendly, professional and attentive guest interaction
