This is a pivotal position that combines the art of warm welcome with the efficiency of managing members' needs. Restaurant Hosts embody the first smiling faces that greet members, setting the tone and ambiance for the entire visit. They are responsible for creating an inviting environment, handling reservation inquiries, collaborating with membership relations teams, and ensuring that every guest interaction is positive and memorable. Building rapport with members is crucial; hosts learn and log members' preferences, facilitating personalized and extraordinary service during each visit.

This full-time hourly position offers a competitive wage of $22.00 per hour and is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and delivering impeccable customer experiences in a prestigious setting. Restaurant Hosts are required to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, primarily from 3:00 PM to midnight or 1:00 AM. The role demands stamina, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure while interacting with high-profile guests who value discretion.
