Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be friendly and approachable

- Previous experience as a host, receptionist, or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression
- Escort guests to their tables and manage table rotation to balance the floor
- Offer menus and inform guests about specials or promotions
- Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods and provide accurate wait-time estimates
- Communicate effectively with guests about table availability
- Provide excellent guest service by addressing inquiries, special requests, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with coordinating special events or large group bookings as needed
- Address reservation inquiries and to-go orders
- Maintain a clean and organized host station and lobby area
- Coordinate with the serving, bartending, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Communicate guest preferences or special accommodations to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as refilling menus and maintaining cleanliness at the front of house
- Support servers and other team members as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience
