Job Requirements

  • no prior experience required as training is provided

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests as they arrive
  • manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
  • escort guests to their tables and provide menus
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
  • answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • coordinate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
  • handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
