Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
excellent communication skills
availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
customer-focused attitude
ability to multitask effectively
no prior experience required as training is provided

Job Qualifications

strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
friendly and approachable demeanor
basic knowledge of computer systems for managing reservations
previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
willingness to learn and adapt quickly
high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

greet and welcome guests as they arrive
manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
escort guests to their tables and provide menus
maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
coordinate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
