The role on offer is critical to our operations and requires a responsible individual to manage cash transactions and ensure accuracy and security throughout the process. As a Cash Control Associate, you will be entrusted with handling the cash bank, overseeing guest checks, and coordinating payment collections from guests and servers alike. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of our MICROS point-of-sale system, and an ability to balance speed with accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You will also play a key role in managing floor plans, assigning side work schedules, and contributing to seamless operational flow by posting floor plans at key service points.
