The position available is a part-time Host role located in Pittsford, NY, at 3220 Monroe Ave. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant environment and have a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences. The host will be an integral part of the restaurant's front-of-house team, primarily responsible for greeting guests warmly, escorting them to their tables, managing reservations, and ensuring efficient table assignments. The role requires availability for afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends, with shifts beginning as early as 12 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Availability for afternoon and evening shifts including weekends Tuesday through Saturday with shifts starting as early as 12 pm
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work in a dynamic restaurant environment
- Willingness to collaborate with team members
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferably in retail restaurant service or hospitality
- Experience with restaurant point of sale systems such as Micros or OpenTable preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their table
- Manage and schedule reservations effectively
- Plan and assign tables to optimize seating
- Monitor and reduce guests' waiting time
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the host area
