Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Availability for afternoon and evening shifts including weekends Tuesday through Saturday with shifts starting as early as 12 pm
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic restaurant environment
  • Willingness to collaborate with team members
  • Commitment to providing exceptional guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferably in retail restaurant service or hospitality
  • Experience with restaurant point of sale systems such as Micros or OpenTable preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their table
  • Manage and schedule reservations effectively
  • Plan and assign tables to optimize seating
  • Monitor and reduce guests' waiting time
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the host area
  • Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant
