Job Requirements
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain interpersonal working relationships
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and nights
- Ability to work safely and maintain sanitation
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Food and beverage experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and nights
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Experience with Open Table preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests on arrival and seat them for food and beverage service
- Maintain seating flow and service of the dining room
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the host podium and dining room
- Use communication devices including telephones, two-way radios, guest paging system, and table management system
- Interact with guests to maintain great guest relations and encourage loyalty
- Multi-task and complete tasks with minimal supervision
