Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and process credit cards accurately
- Must be detail oriented and able to multitask
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Adherence to safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to interact positively with guests and staff
- Willingness to assist in various job roles as needed
Job Qualifications
- Excellent guest service skills and experience
- Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking ability
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain good organizational skills
- Accurate handling of money and processing of credit card transactions
- Strong knowledge of menu items
- Computer skills including POS system proficiency
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Familiarity with common restaurant concepts and practices
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables
- Monitor guests' needs and restaurant flow to seat guests accordingly
- Deliver menus and kid packs to seated guests
- Perform restroom checks, answer phones, and maintain cleanliness in lobby and retail areas
- Practice safe food and beverage handling
- Communicate effectively with guests and handle guest complaints appropriately
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities
- Clear, sanitize, and set tables as needed
- Manage guest wait times in coordination with management
- Assist in other job categories as assigned
- Perform all duties with dependability and teamwork
