Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • capability to perform cleaning and sanitizing duties regularly
  • prior customer service experience is beneficial
  • must comply with health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • friendly and approachable personality
  • basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
  • must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor
  • guide guests to their assigned tables efficiently
  • present clean menus to guests and provide suggestions to enhance their dining experience
  • ensure all guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
  • manage waitlists and communicate wait times effectively
  • complete guest interactions by thanking them sincerely and inviting them to return
  • assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host station
