Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- capability to perform cleaning and sanitizing duties regularly
- prior customer service experience is beneficial
- must comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and approachable personality
- basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor
- guide guests to their assigned tables efficiently
- present clean menus to guests and provide suggestions to enhance their dining experience
- ensure all guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- manage waitlists and communicate wait times effectively
- complete guest interactions by thanking them sincerely and inviting them to return
- assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host station
