Job Description

The hiring establishment operates a growing group of restaurant concepts throughout Albuquerque, positioning itself as a dynamic player in the local hospitality industry. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and customer-focused approach, this company is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences across multiple locations. This group strives to cultivate an environment that supports innovation, teamwork, and continuous growth, both for its business operations and the employees it employs. As a multi-concept restaurant operator, it offers diverse opportunities within the food service sector, making it a stimulating and challenging place to develop a professional career in hospitality leadership.

This Hospitality Leadership Manager role is designed for a hands-on leader who excels in a fast-paced, ever-changing restaurant environment. The position is available across multiple Albuquerque locations with a starting salary of $4,000 per month. The successful candidate will work directly with ownership and restaurant management teams to enhance sales, team development, and streamline operations. This role is far from a desk job; it requires being present on the restaurant floor regularly, engaging with guests, coaching employees, solving operational problems, and leading by example with energy and urgency. A typical week may include a mix of activities such as managing shifts, coaching team members, assisting with hiring, reviewing labor costs, making bank deposits, organizing catering events, purchasing supplies, conducting inventory, or leading new initiatives. This variety reflects the company’s commitment to growth and excellence across all its restaurant concepts.

The ideal candidate will embody the company’s core values of energy, urgency, and people focus. Success in this role means being either loud or fast—or best of all, both—to create momentum and inspire teams. This position is about raising standards through one’s presence, attitude, and work ethic, which are critical to driving sales and achieving operational goals. The Leadership Manager will have multiple responsibilities, including managing and developing employees across locations, coaching and holding team members accountable, supporting hiring and onboarding processes, conducting performance reviews, and identifying future leaders among staff. Operational duties are equally important, covering inventory management, purchasing, bank deposits, event coordination, maintenance tasks, and stepping in to cover shifts when necessary.

This role suits a leader with restaurant management experience who enjoys working directly in hospitality and thrives in dynamic settings where priorities can shift rapidly. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are critical, alongside the capacity for independent work and reliable transportation. Maturity, self-discipline, and accountability are essential for success, as is the ability to build a positive culture with younger teams often comprising high school and college-aged employees. The company offers significant advancement opportunities, direct interaction with ownership, and experience managing diverse restaurant concepts and brands. Those who apply are encouraged to submit a resume and explain their leadership background and interest in the role, with an inclusive approach to applicants, including those with a criminal record.
