This position expects a commitment of approximately 55-60 hours of work per week, including standing and walking for extended periods, some moderate to heavy physical activity, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with heavy customer interaction and kitchen-related safety considerations. The role also occasionally involves travel for training and operational meetings, highlighting Golden Corral’s investment in continuing staff development and operational excellence.

Joining Golden Corral as a Hospitality Manager presents an opportunity to be part of a passionate team focused on creating lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and operational leadership. The company encourages career growth within its organization and supports its employees in achieving both professional and personal goals.
