Puttshack’s Hospitality Manager role is a dynamic opportunity for individuals passionate about elevating service standards in a fast-paced, social entertainment context. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Hospitality Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day venue operations that blend a full-service restaurant with engaging game components. The Hospitality Manager ensures seamless execution across multiple venue areas, including service, bar, reception, game, and technology operations, while upholding company policies, compliance requirements, and financial controls.

This role involves managing hourly associates, participating actively in hiring and training, and creating schedules based on precise forecasting. Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant
  • experience within high-volume food and beverage, hospitality, or social entertainment venue
  • strong communication skills with ability to resolve conflict and provide direction
  • demonstrates financial acumen with strong understanding of restaurant operations
  • tech savvy with willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • preferred certifications including ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements
  • hospitality degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee 1-2 areas of the venue operations including service, bar, reception, game and tech
  • uphold company policies, processes, procedures, and standards to adhere to compliance and business objectives
  • operate computer systems including a POS system and online team member scheduler
  • manage controllable expenses for their area of responsibility
  • ensure all side work is appropriately assigned and completed
  • ensure collaboration between kitchen and front of house operations
  • participate in hiring, training, and developing hourly associates
  • create, maintain and update associate schedules using forecasts
  • conduct and lead pre-shift meetings to provide daily focus and continuous coaching
  • drive accountability and consistency by providing constructive coaching and feedback
  • manage guest service issues professionally with a guest-centric mindset
  • champion the Puttshack brand by ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience
  • maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment and food safety
  • ensure proper safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure safety for guests and associates
